How can leaders in the Dutch music sector be empowered to recognise, prevent, and respond to sexual harassment and violence in a way that creates a truly safe and respectful work environment for all?

  • A specially developed training for professionals in the music sector to engage in conversations about sexual harassment and violence in a safe, empathetic, and trauma-informed way.
  • A brand-new, interactive training for leaders in the music sector to recognise, prevent, and effectively address inappropriate behavior and sexual violence — now available through Fairspace and Taskforce GO!
  • Through co-creation and dialogue, there is greater openness within the music sector to discuss topics such as safety, abuse of power, and misconduct, with ongoing attention to social safety.
  • The collaboration between Fairspace and Taskforce GO! has led to a sustainable network in which knowledge, experiences, and best practices are continuously shared to support long-term cultural change.

Empowered leaders and professionals in the Dutch music sector to create safer, more respectful work environments by addressing sexual harassment and violence with empathy, accountability, and lasting cultural change.
