I always greet bus drivers when I enter the bus. However with this particular driver, my greeting in Dutch is responded with a high pitched shrieking of “NI HAOO!!”. This happened to me twice on one day with the same driver. I filed a complaint about it and only get a written response that his manager will discuss the matter with him.
I already filed a complaint about racial slurs from this particular bus driver. And he does it again this time. I always greet bus drivers when I enter the bus, but he responded my greeting in Dutch with a high pitched shrieking “NI HAO!!”. I told the driver that I filed a complaint about his behavior before and he laughs at me, unimpressed. I file a complaint again, this time I get a call and they are so sorry about this happening to me again with the same driver and they want to send flowers. I declined the offer, I just don’t want this to happen again.
